Jayne Stanton is a teacher, tutor and musician, originally from Lincolnshire, now living in Leicestershire, UK. Her poems have been published in various magazines and anthologies and forthcoming in Best New British and Irish Poets 2017 (Eyewear). Her debut pamphlet, Beyond the Tune, was published by Soundswrite Press in autumn 2014.
Jayne is an active member of Leicester’s writing community and a regular at poetry events and open mics across the Midlands. She is addicted to cake and coffee shops and keeps late nights in the company of her laptop.
